Welcome to a beautiful and spacious 4-bedroom duplex designed for relaxed Cape Town living, combining modern comfort, stylish interiors and breathtaking mountain and partial ocean views.

The heart of the home is the generous open-plan living and dining area, where large groups can relax comfortably. The air-conditioned lounge offers seating for up to seven guests and includes a TV, while the dining area comfortably seats up to eight to ten guests.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and features a gas hob, two ovens, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee facilities and a breakfast bar with seating for four. A separate scullery and laundry facilities, including a washing machine and dryer, add extra convenience.

The living spaces open onto a beautiful private outdoor terrace with comfortable lounge seating and dining for up to eight guests. With stunning mountain views and partial ocean views, it is the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee, relaxed lunch or evening drinks.

The home offers four comfortable bedrooms, each with its own dedicated bathroom. The luxurious primary bedroom features a king-size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, desk, additional seating and access to the mountain-view balcony. Its spacious bathroom includes a bath, double shower and double vanity.

Two additional bedrooms each offer twin beds and share access to the beautiful mountain-view balcony, while the fourth bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, ceiling fan and desk.

Guests can also enjoy access to two communal outdoor swimming pools, complete with sun loungers and comfortable seating, as well as a fully equipped communal gym featuring cardio equipment, free weights and exercise equipment.

The property also offers two dedicated parking bays, WiFi, heating, a safe, hairdryer, iron, room-darkening shades and all the essential amenities needed for a comfortable stay.
